SPORTS TEAM TRAINING
Outdoor Extreme Sports Team Training is the ultimate in Strength & Conditioning Training.
Why?
Our training is intense, exciting and challenging. It's great for developing superior strength, power, speed, agility, general conditioning and team building.
How?
We use a huge variety of kit with most of our training centered around the Kettlebell but we also incorporate tyres, beer kegs, sand bags, ropes, sleds and SAQ kit. This ensures teams get an awesome variety in their training and helps to rejuvenate any stagnant fitness regimes.
Is It For You?
Having greater strength and conditioning, more power, a quicker first step, more stamina near the end, playing with confidence or even a level of arrogance in that you are better prepared than your opposition can all be considered as having the edge. Outdoor Extreme Training can give you that edge! Outdoor Extreme can help you from off-season right through to in-season to get the right training. What ever your sport you can't deny that being better prepared for it will benefit you.
Where?
The Outdoor Extreme Team will come to your training pitches and run the sessions exclusively for you. If you do not have access to a pitch, you can use one of our venues to train.
